Case Study · Logistics

Ten hours of weekly admin, down to two or three.

OIB Transport, a regional trucking carrier, ran its entire back office on spreadsheets and Word templates, on a single computer. We rebuilt it as one automated system, from tender to invoice.

Automatic
invoicing, tender to invoice
The challenge

Everything ran on one computer with no real database. Invoices and paperwork were built by hand from Excel and Word templates and retyped for every load. One person carried the whole back office, roughly ten hours a week of slow, repetitive data entry. If that computer was ever lost, the business lost everything.

What we did
  • One platform, tender to invoice, with AI and automation across the whole flow.
  • One-click data entry replaced retyping the same details into every document.
  • Automatic invoice generation from the data already captured.
  • A database as the single source of truth, with a full audit trail.
  • A driver portal to track loads online instead of on paper.
The results
~7-8 hrs/week back

Back-office admin dropped from about ten hours a week to two or three.

Fewer errors

Data is entered once, not re-keyed into every document.

No single point of failure

Off one fragile PC and onto an auditable, trackable system.

"Honestly, I didn't know any of this was possible. I was retyping the same information into every invoice and document, all day. Now the invoices build themselves and I can see where every load stands. I have my week back."

Operations lead, OIB Transport
Where is your team retyping the same thing into a second system? That is usually where the first automation pays for itself.
